Hello, Health and Yoga Warriors. Welcome to Sister Moon's Diary

Happenings you shouldn't miss in the weeks ahead.


The moment I became awakened is pivotal to me because it was also the day I discovered true happiness. Despite hardships, I’ve always been a joyful person but yoga was a new level of blissfulness. Yoga and mindfulness have allowed me to discover new ways to find self-regulated happiness. Going inward with yoga and mindfulness allowed me to deal with past adversities and painful memories. It has also allowed me to live more in the present moment, as opposed to worrying about the "past" or what the future "might" hold. 

Now that I have discovered yoga, I find myself living day to day, using my past as building blocks to create a more prosperous future. Yoga has awakened me, today I am open-minded, and understand that people have their own paths and truth in life. I no longer live by embedded theologies or ideologies, I search for my own truth while keeping at heart life principals installed from my parents, family, and friend. All in all, I am happy to say that yoga has helped me go inward when needed, which allows me to search for my truth and happiness, my way. Living for me, not for what another think I should be #Nonconformist
